request, in right terms for the dogs of any breed or cross.

effectively possible the information that appears in the IADCRO Web site, to
try to humbly secure to the collaboration
and help that could contribute to us the fans and lovers of the

agradecen mucho a todos sus representantes, miembros y colaboradores, el
esfuerzo tan importante que realizan en la
difusión de todo lo relacionado con la defensa de las razas
discriminadas y haciendo todo lo que esta en su mano y dentro de sus
posibilidades, para conseguir los objetivos de esta justa causa, a pesar de las
trabas e inconvenientes que sufren en su contra, por parte de algunos que no
les gusta que aflore la verdad y lo justo. La
difusión de la información de
IADCRO, es lo que realmente nos da la fuerza para poder presionar adecuadamente
a los Gobiernos de los países que contemplan Leyes del tipo PPP o BSL
y de esta manera, ser tenidos en cuenta. Consecuentemente a esto último,
tendríamos más posibilidades para que la Ley fuera anulada o modificada
conforme a nuestra petición, en términos justos para los perros de cualquier
raza o mestizo.
Podemos difundir, corriendo la voz a todos nuestros
contactos, a los medios de comunicación, en foros públicos de Internet (foros
de perros, animales, naturaleza, derechos humanos, etc.) y de todas las maneras
que se nos pueda ocurrir para difundir lo más eficazmente posible la información
que aparece en la Web de IADCRO, para intentar conseguir humildemente la
colaboración y ayuda que nos podrían aportar los aficionados y
amantes de los derechos de los animales. Sin esta colaboración y ayuda,
la situación no nos permitirá adquirir la fuerza que necesitamos
para conseguir el objetivo.
Gracias
por estar ahí y ser como sois, haciendo bueno el refrán que dice; “En la unión esta la fuerza”. Sin vuestro respaldo y ayuda, esta justa causa la tendríamos perdida desde

existence or not existence of “Dangerous or Potentially Dangerous” breed dogs.

scientists people and politicians of several countries, have shown their
approval the project of Law that we have realised in IADCRO, showed that this

and the spirit of solidarity towards all alive being ". These
professionals talking about to our project of Law, have aimed that is indeed
what it needs to determine a general law
that is right and effective for all the breed dogs the same without
discriminations, that defend all the dogs of the different breed dogs, mixed
and sizes. Once defined the Law under the terms of our project of Law, he will without doubt provide greater
security to the citizens by his immediate effectiveness and at the same
time, also will provide major security
to the dogs of all the breed dogs, mixed and of any size, for the same reason.

APBT, that humbly and with all our good will I make arrive to you, to
contribute positively and somehow in the security of the citizens of your

Some countries that had adopted negative Laws against
American PIT BULL Terrier and others breed dogs, but since many years ago and
not of now, concretely since the year 1991 as it is the case of England, in 1993 the case of Holland, Italy, Bermuda, etc.
After to have studied the information that from IADCRO we made them arrive at
the same time and, to the salary verified by their own eyes the inefficiency of
this type of Law that discriminates and excludes American PIT BULL Terrier and
others breed dogs of their corresponding countries, included/understood the
total inefficiency of the Law when not offering security to their citizens,
since the statistics of attacks of dogs to people of his country, they
indicated that not only it had not been reduced the attacks, quite the
opposite, had been increased the attacks and the deaths although to have excluded American PIT BULL Terrier and the
others breed dogs of all their national territory, since the attacks were
produced by dogs of any breed dogs and its mixed.
The governors of these countries, understood of the
necessity of the creation of a Law that did not name “Dangerous or Potentially
Dangerous” breed and that concentrated in fomenting
and teaching the RESPONSIBLE owner
dog, without mattering if it were about a American PIT BULL Terrier or a
Cocker, because a Cocker into the hands of an IRRESPONSIBLE owner, also can
bring about deaths of people, not only by accidents of traffic when trying to
run over to the animal, also by the mortal bit that can cause these dogs of
small size to young children, which although are young are people also as all
we know.
Today we are very glad when we can read in the news
that the Government of these Countries telling that the BSL don´t work and is not good for the security of the
citizens:

Breed Specific
Legislation (BSL) about “Dangerous” breed dogs of
In IADCRO and the FIAPBT we considered, that
catalogue breed dogs like dangerous would have to be prohibited, since it
generates confusion, fear and social alarm between the citizens. In addition,
it is the worse thing than it can happen to any breed dog, since this unjust
cataloguing is the extermination of those breeds that were catalogued like
" Dangerous” and the ruin of the work of hundred years ago of the
breeders, scholars and lovers of this breed dogs. In many
countries, to catalogue the breed dogs like Dangerous is prohibited by
Law. To rectify is of wise people
and this attitude the citizens values it and are thankful by it.
The breed dogs does not make bad dogs, is the
people (Irresponsible and bad owners) that make it that way. Then the
problem, Would be due to take a cut from the root, condemning to the
irresponsible owners of dog, instead of condemning some breed dogs?. In
honour to the justice, the full name of the breed dogs would be due to
exclude from the Laws that have catalogued themselves and classified like
potentially dangerous, since this unjust cataloguing is the
worse sentence.
The people that wish to prohibit these 14 noble breed dogs in all the
territory of your country, when happened a time under this prohibit Law and by
their own experience verify that the attacks of dogs to people instead to be
reduced the real thing is that the attacks of dogs to people were increased, by
the ineffective of this Law, then What do they will do now? Be eliminating more
breed dogs the same now they want to do with 14 noble breed dogs, one in one
until reaching more that the 400 existing breed dogs and that are equipped with
a physically strength even to kill an adult and strong man? And with the
crossings of all these 400 breed dogs, What do they will do now? so that the
crossings of these more 400 breed dogs also are more than enabled even to
physically to kill an adult and strong man.
And with almost of the 200 breed dogs that although are not enabled to
physically to kill an adult and strong man, they are enabled for kill of small
children, What are going to make then with these almost 200 small breed dogs,
would eliminate also them one in one? And its crossings? The small children are
people also, in addition they are those that more undergo the attacks of the
dogs and those that pass away more in these unfortunate accidents, which by the
way are not American PIT BULL Terrier or the other 13 breed dogs that want to
prohibit in your country, but so that the news runs as the powder and is
saleable for the hearing, one names almost always to that 14 breed dogs as the
cause of the attack to people, and this is not true. Therefore and some others
questions, enough people think that only ths 14 breed
dogs is the cause of the attacks to the people

Officially Certificated in the year 2000 to the breed dog American Pit Bull
Terrier, like “HUMANITY BENEFICIAL BREED DOG”. From IADCRO & FIAPBT and others Institutions, Clubs, Associations
around the dogs, we endorsed and we supported this positive cataloguing without
doubt to the breed dog American PIT BULL Terrier, for being deserving of her and to be the worst breed dog considerate of
all breed dogs in this subject.
We
would not have to forget to us, that the dogs have been always from the
beginnings of the humanity, the best friend of the man, facilitating to us
company, security and can to eat day to day for our survival.
In my Town called Colmenar Viejo,
there a proverb that could be applied in this subject. It comes to describe
this lamentable and unfortunate situation that is living your Country at the
moment and which says, “Dead the dog,
the rage finished”. I do not believe that anybody
would think it, to kill all the dogs of the world to end the rage, unless it
were thought by people with suffered brain damage.
Our thinking is that all
breeds can be dangerous or none, that the only means to identify what is or is
not a dangerous dog like individual is by his behaviour and not by his breed.
We can observe, that in some
countries where some breed dogs were catalogued like “Potentially Dangerous”,
the attacks of dogs to people with the spend of the years after to be implanted the Law of “Dangerous Breeds” the attacks
of dogs to people not only did not fall, unfortunately were increased and by
breed dogs that are not considered " Dangerous", as always it had
been ocurred. Of it has comes the disappointment from
many ex-owners of dogs in owning dogs, when they at the time acquired dogs of
breeds catalogued like very good and helpful, used even like dogs for blind people,
like they are the Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, Collie, etc. and could
verify in his own meats, that these dogs educated incorrectly were very
dangerous with the adult people and young. For this reason from IADCRO we
insisted on recommending, that the Law would not must to discriminate or
catalogue breeds for good or bad way and yes, would be needed to foment and teaching to be a
responsible owner of dog, indifferently the breed that
the Denmark dog owners
have.
Acting in this sense dear ladies and gentlemen, in our opinion will be
able to offer a greater protection to the citizens and at the same time, also
a greater protection to the dogs would be provided. Also in this 14 noble
breeds, the DIGNITY would be given
back to them that was robbed to them.

will help it to create a very good and just Law that it provides security to the citizens and for the breed dogs from your

eficazmente posible la información que aparece en la Web de IADCRO, para
intentar conseguir humildemente la colaboración y ayuda que nos
podrían aportar los aficionados y amantes de los derechos de los animales. Sin
esta colaboración y ayuda, la situación no nos permitirá
adquirir la fuerza que necesitamos para conseguir el objetivo.
La información con la que pueden comenzar a
difundir sería por prioridades. En estos momentos lo más urgente a difundir es
lo de Venezuela, lo de Dinamarca por ser lo más actual,
entonces esa es la información con la que comenzaría a bombardear en mí
difusión, después de esto ya más tranquilamente, iría cogiendo más información
de IADCRO siempre de la manera más prioritaria en mi opinión, esto ya a

De vez en cuando, miraría la portada de la Web de IADCRO

o de la FIAPBT www.fiapbt.net , ya que si salen
nuevas alertas de
socorro reflejarían en ese lugar. También podemos mirar en la sección de últimas noticias para adquirir dicha
información: http://www.villaliberty.org/ultimasnoticias.html en
función de la prioridad que tengan dichas alertas de socorro, es en la manera
que nos guiaríamos a la hora de la difusión de ayuda. Espero que con estas
nociones, sirva para orientar a todos aquellos que están mostrando interés en
ayudar en esta justa causa y no saben como hacerlo. No obstante, cualquier tipo

En el
Congreso se habló en español y lo más importante, es que el mensaje de los CIENTIFICOS ETOLOGOS allí reunidos AFIRMANDO la NO EXISTENCIA DE RAZAS CANINAS PELIGROSAS, TIENE VALIDED para todos los idiomas y para
todos los países.
Gracias por estar ahí y ser como sois, haciendo
bueno el refrán que dice; “En la unión esta la fuerza”. Sin vuestro respaldo y ayuda,
esta justa causa la tendríamos perdida desde el comienzo. No cambiéis nunca.
